🦺 Superintendent, Heavy Civil

About the Role

A large heavy civil contractor is hiring a Superintendent in Tampa Bay. You run the field on highway, bridge, roadway, drainage or utility work: crews, subcontractors, schedule, production, safety and quality.

What You'll Do

• Run crews and subcontractors in the field
• Plan the work and hold the schedule
• Drive daily production
• Own safety and quality on the job
• Work with the Project Manager and project engineers on cost and progress

What You'll Need

• 5+ years running crews as a superintendent on heavy civil work
• FDOT history is a plus
• Bridge or structures experience is a plus
• OSHA 30, MOT certification and bilingual Spanish are a plus
• Onsite in Tampa Bay
