🏗️ Senior Project Manager, Infrastructure (Roadway and Utilities)

About the Role

An established horizontal construction contractor in the Sarasota, Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch corridor is hiring a Senior Project Manager to run infrastructure work: roadway, underground utilities and sitework. This is a builder's PM seat with a contractor that keeps a steady book of local work.

What You'll Do

• Own roadway, utility and sitework projects from buyout through closeout
• Build and manage the budget, schedule and cost forecasts
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and change orders
• Run owner meetings and work with municipal and FDOT inspectors
• Handle pay applications and monthly cost reporting
• Partner with superintendents on sequencing and production

What You'll Need

• 7 to 15 years of project management in horizontal construction
• Roadway and underground utility project experience
• FDOT exposure is a plus
• Based in the Sarasota, Bradenton or Lakewood Ranch area, or ready to relocate
