📐 Senior Estimator – Sitework / Grading / Utility

An established site development contractor in the Atlanta metro — based in Roswell, GA — is hiring a Senior Estimator. The company self-performs site construction: grading, underground utilities, paving, erosion control, storm drain, sanitary sewer, water main, and site concrete. Project values run $4M–$30M — mid-market site development, not mega-civil. This is a hands-off, high-autonomy seat: they want an estimator who can price work independently without hand-holding.

What You'll Do

• Own takeoffs and estimates for grading, utility, paving, and site concrete scopes
• Price $4M–$30M mid-market site development projects across the Atlanta metro
• Work bids end-to-end — quantities, pricing, subcontractor coordination, proposal
• Operate independently with minimal oversight in a high-autonomy environment

Requirements

• Senior-level estimating experience in sitework, grading, and underground utilities
• Self-perform civil background — site construction, storm/sewer/water, paving, site concrete
• Able to price work independently and own bids without hand-holding
• B2W (Trimble Estimation), AgTek, or HCSS HeavyBid experience valued
• Atlanta metro–based ideal; relocation possible for the right person

Compensation

• $120,000 – $170,000 base salary, depending on experience
• 20% bonus potential
