About the Role

A growing industrial contractor is hiring a Senior Estimator to price data center and heavy industrial projects from $150M to $1B. Mechanical, piping, civil, concrete, steel and structural scopes. Onsite in Houston.

What You'll Do

• Build estimates and bids for industrial and data center work
• Run quantity takeoffs and price labor and equipment
• Gather and level subcontractor and vendor quotes
• Lead bid reviews with operations and leadership
• Hand clean estimates off to the project teams

What You'll Need

• Senior level estimating on industrial, petrochem, power, LNG or data center construction
• Mechanical, piping, civil or structural estimating
• Contractor side estimating experience
• Based in or willing to work onsite in Houston
