This role puts you at the center of the fastest-growing sector in commercial construction — managing complex builds from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. - Coordinate MEP subcontractors including electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and controls/BMS systems
- Lead preconstruction efforts including estimating support, value engineering, and constructability reviews
- Own project budgets, cost tracking, change order management, and monthly reporting
- Manage compressed schedules and phased turnover sequences common on hyperscale campuses
- Interface with owner representatives, design teams, and commissioning agents throughout project lifecycle
- Coordinate commissioning activities including integrated systems testing, Tier III/IV compliance, and performance verification
- Drive procurement of long-lead electrical and mechanical equipment (generators, switchgear, UPS, CRAH/CRAC units, chillers)
- Maintain project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and close-out packages
- Manage multiple trade partners and 50-200+ person crews across concurrent project phases
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, NFPA, and local building codes on energized or adjacent-to-live environments
