What You'll Own

• Lead the estimating team and coordinate every estimate with senior management
• Attend pre-bid meetings and walk sites to capture the details that win bids
• Drive detailed quantity takeoffs, summaries, and complete construction budgets
• Solicit and negotiate vendor and subcontractor pricing; qualify the right partners
• Resolve cost discrepancies and keep every number defensible
• Own all phases of bid and proposal development end-to-end
• Build and protect client relationships that bring work back

What You Bring

• 15+ years in highway construction and asphalt paving
• Bachelor's degree required — Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
• Proven command of all phases of bid and proposal development
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency; valid driver's license with a clean record
• Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits

Compensation & Benefits

• $170,000 – $195,000 base, plus a performance bonus
